Walkthrough for when you get stuck.

Hey hi hello, it's me Cortok. I made this game, hello.

This devlog isn't a devlog really (don't tell) it's actually a walkthrough for the game because I don't have much confidence in the logic of my puzzles. Here we goooooooo:

CHAPTER 1

- On the first screen, collect the paper at the top right of the screen. Always collect these when you see them.
- Talk to the TV on the same screen twice.
- Walk two screens over to the right until you reach the area with the fence.
- Get the paper at the top of the screen in between the trees.
- Talk to the gate and choose "Let's do that."
- Choose "talk", "Let me pass!",  "Because Terrance said so.", "That's right." and "I'm new!"
- Go to the next screen and interact with the big hole. Climb down it when prompted.
- Walk in a north-westerly direction until you find a skeleton. Talk to it and say "Get me out of here!".

CHAPTER 2

-Interact with the trash can in between the buildings on the lower row.
- Go into the small building on the left side of the screen and get the paper.
- Go back outside and then go into the building to the furthest top right.
- Go through the left door over and over (do not leave the building!) until you enter a new room.
- Speak to Terrance and say "Let's play!".
- Choose "Talk", "Clear", "Phantom",  "Enter" and "Orange?".
- Go back through the door.

CHAPTER 3

- Walk all the way to the right.
- Skip the text until it stops appearing then head right and enter the train.
- When you enter a train car, the car's designation will briefly appear in the top left of the screen.
- Go to train car B and interact with the poster with the dots. Press the button.
- Go to train car C and do the same with the poster on the right, then the poster on the left.
- Go to train car D and do the same with the poster there.
- Head further right into train car E.
- Go to train car F and interact with the poster on the left.
- Go to train car E and interact with the poster.
- Go to train car G and interact with the poster. Pick up the paper to the right.
- Go back to train car F and interact with the poster on the right.
- Head all the way left until you reach a new area. Talk to the saracophagus and say "Cheer up, you miserable sod!".
- Choose "Talk", "How do trees get online?" and  "They log in!".
- Choose "Talk", "I used to be a banker..." and "But I lost interest.".
- Choose "Talk", "I heard a joke about amnesia!" and "But I forgot it...".
- Exit the train car to end the demo.

For Ch 2, I saw an arrow pointing right but where's the hint to go left?

Wdym? I wrote this walkthrough while playing through the game again, so I'm 99% sure it works.
Or do you mean, how would you get the answer without reading this walkthrough? You need to read the signs next to the buildings and talk to all the NPCs for clues. More specifically (based on what the NPCs say):

1. Terrance hates fruit. (the signs next to each row of buildings are named after fruit, except the one on the top row)
2. Terrance used to be into eastern media, but he's recently into western media. (this gives you 2 locations/directions east and west or left and right.)
3. Terrance would move his office, but not the building he's in. (he's used to be into eastern media, so he's in the eastern-most building)
4. Terrance moved his office recently. (he's now into western media, so his office was moved to the western side of the building)
5. Terrance is obsessed with the number 14. (this is how many times you need to go left in said building)
6. When exploring buildings, it feels like you're travelling through the same room over and over, but you aren't. (just keep going even if it looks like you're not getting anywhere. I added this as a way to discourage brute-forcing the puzzle. Maybe a bit mean on my part)

Thanks for trying my game btw, sorry if this message came across as a bit stern. Just wanted to be thorough.
